The right hand side of the demo page seems to be cut off. I also tried my new site with the template and it is also cut off. Anybody also saw this? and have a solution? Please see attached picture.

I looks straight. Can you tell me on which browser you get this problem?
In case of the problem, you can directly view the demo site without the top toolbar by using the url after the ‘#’. Eg:

http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_zeolite_ii => you can view the demo site at url: templates.joomlart.com/ja_zeolite_ii
