When I make changes in the Style of the template, e.g. upload a logo, the homepage dissapears, the only thing left is one word: HOME (see screenshot attached) (using newest version of the template and joomla 3.1.5) I am not making huge changes and nothing in the code, so I have no idea what is causing the problem.

Can you please take a look and let me know what I need to do differently.

Hi sobini,

I just accessed your site > backend > template manager > default style > Layout (tab) and saw that you’re assigning ‘component‘ layout to this style, you should change to default.

I just helped to change it for you, please take a look 🙂
