January 4, 2012 at 4:20 pm #172431Hi
Site is working fine but on one menu item i.e. new page, it all goes haywire. The modules seem to have wandered off to other places even though I’ve changed nothing – no css changes etc, just loaded some more product in.
Page in question is http://david-online.ch/de/outlet-de
If you try all the other menu items the page is fine.
Anyone have any idea?

January 4, 2012 at 5:08 pm #432517You have some module published in the left position on all pages remove your VIP SALE page from that module

Only ones I’ve always had published there.
Kategorien, Warenkorb, Newsletter, Meine Info, are all published in left. Looking at the modules (checking position left) these and a few for the english side are the only published there!

January 4, 2012 at 5:17 pm #432522i haven’t the access to your site but if you look better the three column haven’t enough space because the space on the left is occupied by something that in my first impression could be a module

January 4, 2012 at 6:06 pm #432530Your issue is due to the modules published under the pagination of your page and are 3 modules published in the left position

January 4, 2012 at 6:08 pm #432531Not sure what that means(!). EDIT – Front page has 6 in left position for example! And it works on the English menu page for OUTLET!?
Other pages have three modules so why is this page going wrong?

February 1, 2012 at 9:13 pm #436548Hi there swissa,
you didn’t compare your menu item with the others did you? 😎 I just configured the item in question (VIP Sale) like another menu item (Brands) and there was a small difference.
Here’s a screenshot:
You had “Static Page” selected and this results in the strange behaviour. Select ” – ” instead like the other items and everything is fine 😀
Cheers
Frank

February 1, 2012 at 9:26 pm #436551Hi Frank,
Thanks for looking aber…. 😉
JS is a weird beast. Especially with 3.2.7. (Designed by Bavarians!).
It returns “Static Page” however you set it up.
What you have done is returned that page to all categories. What I had picked was a specific category i.e. the VIP sale.
So you choose in menu “SHOP”, then in required options you choose category and input the Category ID number, in this case the lucky 13.
Save it and Menu Item Type reads Products and Show = Static Page.
Look at Outlet in the english Main Menu. Gleich! (And works!) That is what is so ****ing strange!
