I want my page look like attached page.
950 pixel body
lift and right margines are blank.
950 px wide header defines the page margines.
What my steps will be?

As I can see that you also turn off the responsive mode of this template.

You can open file: /templates/uber/css/custom.css and add this css rule:

position: relative;
width: 950px;
left: 221px; <<< or change to your desired value to suit your need.
}
