October 30, 2010 at 5:37 pm #155889So I was using a Google approved extension for Firefox – Page Speed, and got a 85/100
Any suggestions on what to use with Joomla or to do to increase this score even higher?

November 3, 2010 at 2:15 am #361446You try following to all rules which Google gave: http://code.google.com/intl/de-DE/speed/page-speed/docs/rules_intro.html
and Yahoo: http://developer.yahoo.com/performance/rules.html
You try to read these in detail, and then you try to you use all features built-in of the t3 frameworks, such Optimize JS, Css, Caching….thatcomputerdude Friendthatcomputerdude

November 3, 2010 at 3:39 am #361459November 30, 2010 at 7:05 pm #364885Just installed the latest JA T3 Framework 2.0 using the quickstart package, I found the page is loading very slowly, around 14 – 17 seconds per page when you turn on Optimize CSS/JS to “Join/Minify/Compress”. Interestingly, when I turn off those optimization, select “no” on both Optimize CSS and Optimize JS entry, the page is loading around 3 seconds, that’s not too bad.
Any comments what we really should do ? Appreciated.
