I’ve searched through the forums and did not see anything asked about this so if there is a thread, I apologize for asking again.

I really like the look of this template and would like to use it but for SEO reasons, I need to have individual pages and not just scroll. I like that scrolling feature, really cool but I just can’t use it.

Is there a way to edit some code to take out the 1 page scrolling? Is it a matter of just using a menu in that position and getting rid of the xml file that controls the default menu that gives you that scrolling effect?

I appreciate any information anyone can give on this. Thanks!

    Hello,

the scrolling effect comes, because menu item points to URL with anchor (i.e. #about-us)
So basically if You select menu item type – Single news or blog view You should be able to go to different page with own URL, like this: http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_cloris/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=2:mid-blowing-digital&Itemid=67

Hope You understood me, if not I could make some screenshots.

That makes perfect sense, I’ll just update all the menu items to point to a page. Thank you very much!

    Hello,

I would like to try this feature as well, but can you be a little more specific on how to do this..?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi mikac,

go to Your Menu Manager and if You are using Quickstart package edit current menu types to point to different pages, instead #about-us.
Hope this will clear things for You. I f not – please let me know.

I’m using the 1.7 template and what I had to do was go into Module Manager and unpublish modules in positions Page1 through Page8

Post here if you have any questions.
