Hi,
I am using category blog layout with 0 leading articles, 12 intro articles in 3 columns. 1st page shows pagination click on page 2 or next and the pagination disappears. Please advise if a bug or a setting I have wrong.

Purity III is currently not compatible with Joomla3.3.4 .
Please install the backup copy of of Your site with compatible version .
Or Rollback your Joomla (Not recommended) .
Always Take a backup of your site before any update and check the template compatibility before updating your Joomla
