I applied my suggestion here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/pagination-does-not-work/#post-572274 into your site and also set the value for the ‘Display Num’ option under ‘Position Setting’ tab of menu that page belongs to.

You can look at this page: http://www.menaranews.com/regional/23-sumatera , the pagination is showing now.
