I have problems with articles pagination. The left column dont see in the correct place and the distribution template is very desorganized. Look the screenshot

If you want to take advantage of the paid support then you should submit a support ticket where you will get a response from the JA team.

In your case I believe there is an update to the template so go to the downloads section and download the latest version.
