first of all, sorry for my bad english, im from switzerland.

I paid for a “JA Templates Club Membership – 3 months” and i recieved the “2CO.COM Paid Receipt” on 2. September 2008.

But nothing happened – i still cant access to the download section.

I send two IMs to Hung Dinh, but he didnt answered.

So please upgrade me account, thank you.

Is 2CO.COM payment instant or does it take a set amount of days to clear?

i dont know, i first tried it with pay pal but had problems, so i decided to use 2co, i hope it dosnt take days.

i dont remember seeing anything about clearing

maybe you should check…seems strange that you both have the same issue and used the same choice of payment

i just called 2co, it does take 24 hours to clear, but if you call and verify, it will clear sooner

call 2co, i did the same thing, went online and it didnt return anything, but when i called them and gave them the number they said it just cleared,

BUT, i still dont have access to the templates yet! how long does it take to clear here at joomlart??

okay, this is very unacceptable!!!!!! i have pm’d hung 3 times and no response! my payment cleared 3 THREE days ago and i STILL do not have access. I am ready to cancell and never buy here again, This is terrible customer service!!!
