Hello,
first of all, sorry for my bad english, im from switzerland.
I paid for a “JA Templates Club Membership – 3 months” and i recieved the “2CO.COM Paid Receipt” on 2. September 2008.
But nothing happened – i still cant access to the download section.
I send two IMs to Hung Dinh, but he didnt answered.
So please upgrade me account, thank you.

i dont remember seeing anything about clearing

maybe you should check…seems strange that you both have the same issue and used the same choice of payment

BUT, i still dont have access to the templates yet! how long does it take to clear here at joomlart??

September 26, 2008 at 7:58 pm #272511okay, this is very unacceptable!!!!!! i have pm’d hung 3 times and no response! my payment cleared 3 THREE days ago and i STILL do not have access. I am ready to cancell and never buy here again, This is terrible customer service!!!
