I can see you have tried to pay two times, one time with paypal and one time with 2checkout, but it shows up that no payment received…

September 26, 2008 at 9:01 pm #272554Hmm, actually this should be automatic, so,hmm, if you get a receive from 2co, you can use the Contact Us at top right and attach the receive there, and refer to this post here and say its a urgent issue.

please check into why there is a problem with 2co, That was absolutly crazy that i had to wait to figure this out
please cancell myorder that i made with 2co.
i will never use 2co again

I paid for a “JA Templates Club Membership – 3 months” and i recieved the “2CO.COM Paid Receipt” on 2. September 2008.
But nothing happened – i still cant access to the download section.
I send two IMs to Hung Dinh, but he didnt answered.
So please upgrade me account, thank you.

Hi Nicolas and everyone,
I am sorry for not spotting this thread until I received PM from mfcphil. I have not been able to check the PM from Monday.Both Paypal and 2CO are instant payment and activation. However, both them may hold the payment under their own security policy and return the “not successful” notification to JA system, that’s why our system do not activate your account. In such case contact them will be the best options. If you contact them, they can approve the payment manually and also, we need to activate your account manually.
It seems that our staff have worked on all of your account because everyone is licensed now. Your membership are counted from the day we activate. Anyways, I know it is not comfortable when waiting.
