Please can someone help me here, even the sample data has no photos. There is the “buy this template link” in the menu and no styles available. Please help me.

You are not going to see photos within the sample data install …. this is due to image licensing restrictions with the image vendor JoomlArt utilizes for the images they use within their template demo versions. This has been the case for nearly two-years now.

As for the link you’re referring to – are you not able to change/disable this within your Menu Manager ???

Hi ncarter, I think I understand your problem. The sample data having no images except placeholders is correct due to licensing restrictions but the placeholder itself should serve it’s purchase.

As for the “buy this template” and no “style” in your top menu unlike the demo site. I believe that is a problem with the quick start package, either since 1.0.3 or from the beginning but no one raised that issue. I encountered that same issue when I installed 1.0.3 with the quick launch package. The top menu is just completely screwed up. The documentations are in the wrong link and the drop down menu for changing styles is unavailable. I remember being able to see two style to choose from under the bugged documentation menu but it doesn’t change the style when clicked on.

I reinstalled it a few times, even loaded the template manually without using the quick start package but its still the same. Unfortunately I didn’t see anyone raising that problem in forum apart from failure to install sample data, so I think you would need to post the link to your website to get some attention from the developers.

Hi arucardx,

The Styles menu is removed due cached system. In demo, we did some hack the language filter to do it and just to show Styles demo only.
You can still change the Styles in Template Manager.
