I am a paid member but i am not allowed to access the teline forum and that is the template that i use

Hi
As i can see you are an Active JATC member and you have access to download JATC templates.
Kindly clean your browser cache and cookies, then login on site and try to download the template.
If you will face any issue just share the error details Here.
