If i decide to be a paid member (JATC Standard Membership ), what are the steps? I transfer the money and when i must give you the name of domain?
If i don’t have all three domains at begin?
I can use to localhost?
The php files are ioncubed?
My host must have a custom configuration (php.ini)?

1.) You pay for your membership.
2.) Doesn’t matter if you have any domains. When you are going to make a site “live” you would go to your member section, then “my domains”, and you would simply add the domain you will be using.
3.) Yes, you could develop locally.
4.) Nothing is Ion cubed.
5.) If your host runs joomla it will run a joomla template.

If you don’t register the domain? No the site would still work. It’s just their way of keeping track of what domains you have licensed.
