Working in joomla 1.7 I am finding that the page url now includes the parent example: diets/onlinediets/.html This does not happen in my sites in joomla 1.5 is they away round this or am I missing something in setup.

Can you provide a “cut and paste” of an example of the url issue?

Also, have you enabled SEF (search engine friendly) url within your Global Configurations (in your site administration)?

Thanks for your reply, but it’s me getting confused with the dropline menu plus working my way around joomla 1.7 for the first time with a new template. I am revamping one of my sites which is live in joomla 1.5 but I think I’ve got it sorted out now. I’m sure I will have a few more issues and posts. But once again thank you for your reply
