I installed clean quickstart ja_Medicarte J2.5 and after it I get “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home/content/p/r/o/procue/html/prosord2/plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla25/layout/file.php on line 436” when I go to site.

This is a problem from PHP version that’s why some function from T3 framework could not work, you can upgrade PHP version to 5.3 and the problem on your site will be fixed.
