    Hi

Could you give us more information about your issue ?

Which type of installation are you trying to realize quickstart package or template file ?

You are in localhost or on a hosted space ? version of joomla ?

    Thanks

This problem occurs when I go to the folder (portal) where you want to install the template Bistro joomla 2.5. Previously uploaded the filejact_bistro_j25.zip to hosted space .

Your hosted space ( where you want install the template ) is empty before you upload your template file ?

Try to make another test create a new folder and a new database download again from the joomlart download page the files and start a new installation process.

I am asking this because is the first time i hear a problem like yours, so maybe could be a bug in joomlart files.

I’ve done what you’ve recommended me, I downloaded the template again from JoomlArt, I created a new folder for the installation and I have uploaded my new file jac_bistro_j25.zip. I launched the new facility has left me the same error.

So, I’ve tried on another server and I have done the same steps:
    1. I created a folder for instalation
    2. I’ve uploaded at the server the jac_bistro_j25.zip file
    3. I started intalacion and has been a success.

What should I do with the other server where the error comes?

I don’t know what could be the cause for that but i think you need to ask them why this happens on their servers and ask them that you need to install Joomla so maybe they can help you with some tips or some special configuration for your files.

Anyway the second correct installation you have done is the confirmation that joomlart files are correct, so i think that now we can consider this thread as solved.
