    I registered and payed for JATC Standard Membership in thursday (4 days ago) and still no access to the products I payed for. While processing the payment, the transaction via PayPal went throught without problems and I was expecting that I would be able to download immediatey as in other template clubs like Rockettheme or Gavick – but no. Nothing happened. Now I understand that many other members are fighting with the same issues and I am very suprised, as I was convinced – I don’t know why – that JoomlArt was the most serious Template Club outhere. Now I know better. JoomArts payment/registering system doesn’t work as it should. It’s messy, complicated, confusing and frustrating. On top of these – on Friday (2 days ago) – I receive an e-mail from their Administrator stating that “I backed out at the last moment from signing up with JoomlArt” – which is NOT true at all, as the payment went throught and I received a transaction invoice from PayPal. Immediately I send a screen-shot of the Pay Pal invoice to the Support (and it still wasn’t a weekend) – but nothing. Silence. The fact that an administrator sends you an e-mail stating that “your payment was not succeful” tells us that the system does not work. Do joomlArt folks check the payments made from customers at all????

    Now – I can access my membership profile (because I was registered as a member back in 2011 and had a subscription for Joomla Extensions) – but there in my profile I CAN NOT see the newest Subscription for JATC Standard Membership. This is so frustrating and amateurish – common guys we are paying for some website templates not for an airplane!!! The system should work automatically – you pay – you get the product – like in every other Template Club. Don’t complicate something that should be easy.

    My latest support ticket – which nobody responded to EVER – is: #SFL-931-58010

    I hope joomlArt will improve their system because neglecting the customers will result in losing the customers.

    I am so sorry for the delay in replying you as we have just come back to work after weekend.

    I have also checked with our Accounting Dept and would like to confirm that we received your money (91$). Your JATC 03 months + JA Copyrights Removal are active on your member area now.

    Your membership should have been reflected on your member area in real time. There might be some technical issues related to network connection or the payment gateway times out of your check-out process. I have raised up your issues to the direct attention of incharge team to detect the root.

    Kindly check again and if you have any concerns, please write back and our support service which is available from Mon to Fri ( 8am : 5pm) will clear your questions within 24 hrs response time.

    Quick question on this please. I saw a coupe of instance that it didn’t update in real time. Is there a possibility that this could probably get fixed?

    Pls give me your transaction ID of your payment then i will check for you if you are facing this problem.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem: I have already paid for JATC Standard Membership this morning and I can’t download nothing. It says that I must become a member (however, the payment via PayPal have already been done, and confirmed).

    I hope this can be soon solved.

    All is fine now. Your JATC 03 months has just been fully activated for you account.

    Pls check again and try to download our templates. If you still fail, pls get back to me with the screenshot of error then i will help.
