Please describe a little more what you want to do?
For paypal you can use any papal module, some have many options some dont.
For registration, what do you need for info?

I use the esay PAYPAL buy now button system which works for me.
I simply insert the button code into a html module and assign it to a user position on my page.

But there are other ways of using paypal….this is just one of them 😉

I’m using this on my current (non-Joomla) site and this works best for me too! This button takes them to a ‘shop’ page on the PayPal site and job done!
