June 19, 2013 at 10:09 pm #188352Now something that is as simple as a PayPal gateway does not work. IPN is set to yes on the account but when you make a payment the subscriber is charged with a payment pending status but the money does not go into the site owners PayPal account and does not even show a transaction in progress (NOTHING).
The subscriber gets an email that says:
“We are sorry to inform that your posting plan order on Stem Staffing has not completed yet as your payment is being marked as “pending” by Paypal.”Now what I would like to know is how is PayPal marking the transaction as pending when there is absolutely NOTHING showing for a payment being made in the PayPal account for the site owner?
I am on a deadline here and it would be fantastic if I could get help that was faster than 24 to 48 hours (NEVER in some cases) before I get a reply. Surly the high price of this extension affords me some level of support that is more timely then I have been given so far?

June 19, 2013 at 10:46 pm #496326When the user is sent back to the site after making the payment in PayPal this is the error message that they are welcomed with:
Your payment is not completed because your transaction is in processing Pending
So I pay for my plan and up to this point it looks like it works normally but then this. This message is so far from describing what happened it is not even funny!

The paypal gateway setting is quite simple in the JA Jobboard component. All settings are calculated automatically, so you can insert your paypal email account into.
<blockquote>”We are sorry to inform that your posting plan order on Stem Staffing has not completed yet as your payment is being marked as “pending” by Paypal.”</blockquote>
This means that Paypal is in process to verifying the transaction. You must wait and when it is done, the transaction in JA Jobboard will be auto updated status upon receipt of Paypal response.

Here is that link that they are sent back to.
Just to note, the payment was successful and it shows as a complete order in both PayPal accounts. For all practical purpose the transaction completed without error on the PayPal end. So why is it being shown as a failure when the user is sent back to the website?
