Hi, I have problem with submenu on tablet with Android. The submenu appears and after 3 or 4 second it deseappers… On smartphone ith Android, it’s ok….
What’s the matter ?

Could u edit your first post and submit a temp super user details for staff.
Also you can try to disable 3rd party extension on by one, may be one of 3rd party extension creating the problem in dropdown.

Thanks for your answer. I published and not published 3rd party extension on by one, but the problem is still there…just on tablet Android. It’s always ok on smartphone Android…

I checked your site and found the template and T3 plugin is outdated .

Kindly take a full backup of the site and update them to the latest version using JA Extension manager component .
Also, upgrade the User access to the super user if its not working after the update .
