If I press the pdf – icon to create an article as pdf file I can only see an empty window without any text?

after press pdf button, you will have option to save a pdf file

The pop up – window doesn’s appear on my pc. If use a yootheme- (http://www.yootheme.com) or a rockettheme (http://www.rockettheme.com) – template I can directly see the pdf – File in a window if I press the pdf button and there’s no pop up – window. Do you use another technology to create / download the pdf file or what else can I check on my pc?

Do you use FF ? or use IE ?
PDF button is default of joomla, not related with template
