One thing I noticed, your home page now has a title of ‘Home’, I’m sure it wasn’t called ‘Home’ on the previous version?

How to lose the HOME….I see it on the TABS?

Hi Phil

I just replied to your PM. Basically, open your default menu and edit the ‘Home’ menu … open Parameters (System) on the bottom right and you have a ‘Page Title’ field, just type in there your preferred title for the home page.

That should do it!

What’s your ‘Site Name’ set to in Global Config?

I’ve never used sh404sef so not sure about that, but it’s extremely odd.

I’m just developing a site in JA Nickel and used my menu to set this:

Which appears in the browser like this:

Don’t you sometimes just love the quirks that is Joomla! 🙂

Hope you get it sorted. Sorry I can’t give you a more helpful answer!

Ok if is a problem with the sh404sef which is making this happen.

I unenabled the component and this is what happened

Thanks to Thatch10 for the solution….

Click on the SEF404 Component from the joomla backend
In Extended papameters mode select the META Tags icon
Select Home Page Meta

Its easy when you know the answer 😉
