oh .. pace.js for joomla! this was very buggy when i installed this at first .. the joomla site crashes everytime i enable publish. it’s working now! will customize the styling now .. thanks.

Quick note: I don’t like how pace.js behaves … I tweaked websitepreloader.php and used another .js file + added a few syntax lines
