    Hello,

Question about period of jobs. I have one package called unlimited, this means that they can add 10 jobs for 365 days. The reason for this is that some employers want a job for a longer period online. If an employer places a job on the 31-12-2013 on my site will it than end on 30-12-2014 or not.

If YES: can I make an expire date for a package, in this way we can set the date on 01-01-2014 and an employer can’t add any jobs from that time on.

You could use Expire Job featured in global setting and set time expire is 365 days , please look http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Job_Board_2.5/Administration#Job_Posting

NO, that is not the sollution because I use “No” for Use General Configure For Posting Expire: and if I say YES it would mean that all my jobs expire after 365 days and that is not what has to happen. What it needs to do is that a package expires and not the job itself. So when I buy a 30 days package it has to be used before 90 days or so. In the unlimited package it has to be that a job only can be placed in the period of the package, so when I buy a package on 3-9-2013 jobs always end before 2-9-2014 even when I add a job on the 1-9-2014.

i hope you understand what I mean.

Yes, i see and i think you are not clear about expired job.

If you choose “No” for “Use General Configure For Posting Expire”, the expiring of one job depends on the expired date field which is enabled in job form and this date field is required to fill data in.
