I am unable to update the footer.php file due to a permission problem. I have changed the Global Config/Server/CHMOD settings to 777 but still have the problem. Has anyone had this issue?

When changing in the Global Configuration, please remember to check the box “Apply for current…”. If you still get this error, please contact you host provider to get help.
