    Hi

Not sure this is a templateproblem or…?

I edited eg. the logo in fireworks, saved as a gif-file. Wanted to overwrite the file on the server, but I get a permission error – it says that I do not have permission to the image folder i the drimia templatefolder.

I Checked and it’s 777, so I wonder why I don’t get the to upload the gif-file amongst other files?

Yes sorry for not getting back. 😮

this should be made a sticky someplace

if your on an apache server, the solution for server permissions, file ownership, and added site security for joomla sites is to have your host install “phpsuexec”. All these issues will go away and you will improve security.
