I am led to believe that the type of cookies my website uses is determined by the template (?)
So, using joomlart templates am I storing persistent or session cookies or both?

This is an area I am very hazy on so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Alison,

I think that it will depend on the Joomla itself, not template. You can check the Session Settings under Global Configuration > System in admin panel.
