Hi,

I’m using the latest version of joomla 3.3.3, updated extensions and the new ja wall template 1.2. The problem I’m having is regarding the JA System Social Feed plugin to download content from Instagram and Pinintrest. When it loads the next series of articles – we are getting duplicate content loaded (Haven’t seen all Social Feeds produce Phatom duplicates – just Pinintrest and Instagram). We had fixed this with MoonSailor back in April but now with the new update – it is happening all over again. We paid for a JATC membership to get the new ja wall updated this week. And only have had all our old problems with logo resizing, low quality Facebook pics and phantom articles reappear again. We have open forum requests on the other issues and I absolutely hate asking this and wasting time BUT how do we get the phantoms to go away?

Hi Tom,

Look like there’s a problem with server cache, I cleared it and see that there’s no duplicate content anymore, please recheck.

Yes – thank you I don’t see the duplicate articles appearing anymore. Is the Joomla “clear cache” command and the “purge expired items” command what you did here? Because I had cleared and purged and reset browser and was still seeing the phantom posts or was this another cache – If so where is this located so I don’t bother anybody again about this?

Hi Tom,

I just used Joomla! ‘clear cache’ and ‘purge expired items’, after that I deleted all current articles then pulled the content from social channels again.
