I am trying to create a new site http://www.blinkypix.com, using Phoca Gallery. The Phoca Gallery Tree Module does not show. Switch to JA Purity and it works. Phoca suggest javascript errors with the template.

June 20, 2011 at 10:37 am #397387Hello patoh ,
I have seen your site http://www.blinkypix.com/.It is looking and working fine. Can you please confirm that you have solved the issue. So that we can close the ticket.
June 20, 2011 at 5:01 pm #397454I have disabled the Phoca Tree extension which is why everything looks OK. I will enable it now and you will see the title but no content.
Thanks for your reply.pritam Friendpritam

June 21, 2011 at 12:34 pm #397640Hello patoh ,
Can you send your site url and admin access at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/74944 . So that we can help you better.
June 21, 2011 at 4:15 pm #397676Pritam,
Thanks for hanging in there.
I have done as you requested. If you change the template to JA Purity you will see how the Tree Module is mean’t to show. It will, of course, mess up the rest of the layout.pritam Friendpritam

June 23, 2011 at 10:00 am #398018Hello patoh ,
I have created a bug report .You can check the progress of issue being resolved at the link http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCCOMMUNITYPLUSJIVI-113
June 23, 2011 at 4:55 pm #398088Thanks Pritam. The development team want to know if I have solved the problem. I have not.
June 29, 2011 at 4:01 pm #399154Pritam,
All that’s happened since your effort is I receive a note every few days saying have you resolved the problem?, do you want to continue?, we will close the ticket in 48 hours!!!! This just wasting my time and the Development Team are doing nothing despite an open ticket.
Very, very disillusioned with Joomlart.
Still not resolved. This process is a joke. It’s time to dump joomlart!!!July 10, 2011 at 12:15 am #400400Wow, it’s been a month and all that I have received is rude memos that say “don’t expect an answer any time soon”. This sucks. Joomlart need to understand the basic principle of “fitness for purpose” when they release a product and waste peoples time.
It is clear that support is just a necessary evil to Joomlart rather than an opportunity to excel.
I post messages here replying to Pritam because I get no responses from the so called ticket that has been languishing for some considerable time.
Get it together Joomlart team or your business will suffer. I will vote with my feet and post my experience wherever I can warn people.pritam Friendpritam

Memo sent to Don Lee.
So the very next day I receive this memo!!! How do I stop these or answer them so that the ticket does not timeout. Nobody asked me to contact them at Joomlart. Nobody has done anything. Pritam says he will refer this to the development team….that sounds familiar it is an identical message to one he sent me weeks ago. Now will the development team do anything or write me another memo saying nothing will happen soon like they did last time. So it goes on and on and on!!!!!!!!!

July 20, 2011 at 9:20 am #402050Hi Patoh,
I’m really sorry for that. Just to explain why you got the such messages from us, they were sent automatically by our helpdesk system after 2 days ticket’s status was changed to “Replied”, this feature is just to remind users checking our replies when we do not receive any response from them after we reply. But in this case, Pritam should have replied you to wait for fix from our development team and kept the ticket’s status being “Open” or “On Hold” to avoid the message sent and also kept you updated with progress of the fix.
Regarding the issue with Phoca Tree module in your site, Pritam has reported it to our development team and we have seriously checked to fix it, however, our developer Tam could not replicate the issue, he comment the same already in http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCCOMMUNITYPLUSJIVI-113
I have just asked our test team to confirm and will work again with Tam to check if he can fix the issue. Please be more patient and allow us a more little time for this work. Thank you very much!
Have a nice day,

July 22, 2011 at 4:00 am #402429Don,
Thank you for your help. The Phoca Tree appears to be working correctly. Incidentally I received closure notices with claims of no response yesterday and the day before. It seems this will always happen.
In any event thanks for your and the teams help.Don Lee FriendDon Lee
