Somehow I lost the phone/email icons on my Top Contact module.
(Image is attached of what it was originally, and somehow I’ve lost those 2 graphics at my site: abileneptsportsrehab.com.)

How do I fix that?

I just fixed it directly on your site by add my red mark below into Top Contact (topbar position)
