I’ve just installed Teline IV, Joomla 1.6 version and have an error on the Photo Gallery and Bookmarks.

In the photo gallery I get code around each of the images as per example below.

{japopup type=”image” content=”images/stories/demo/gallery/gl-1.jpg” width=”700″ height=”380″ title=”Sample image” }

In the bookmarks I just see code as below

{japopup type=”iframe” content=”http://www.joomlart.com” width=”1024″ height=”600″}Joomla Templates Club – Professional – High quality Joomla template{/japopup}

Would appreciate your help in fixing this

This symptom usually means that the plugin is not “enabled”. Go to the plugin manager on the administrator back-end to check this.

Thanks, I hadn’t checked and should have done. I actually decided to reinstall j1.5 version of template instead of j1.6 as was missing some other core functionality so this is no longer an issue.

Hi all,
i specifically enable the plugin in backend (it was yet published). But still got an error whatever popup type i choose

error says

i can correctly see the thumbnails but between the japopup tags.
I’ve installed JCE Editor (latest for joomla 1.5) but the issued case was encountered since the first quickstart install and persist. :(( and it’s not alone>:(
