Hello,
Has any of you used an extension called sigplus? It had a high score in the JED. I was looking for a simple gallery and thought this was a good one based on the demo. However, after installing, it screwed up my JA Slide Show Lite setup.
I had to disable the JA slideshow I have in my original site setup because I was getting a blank white page on my homepage – no content at all. Thank goodness it was the only reason (I hope). After disabling the JA Slideshow, I now have functioning page again.
I thought I should just reinstall JA Slideshow (I already uninstalled that sigplus!!!). But before I do, is there any other solution to this? LIke maybe just tweaking a few files?
Any help or thoughts?
Thanks,

Not sure which version of JA University that you’re using: University JAT3 v2 framework or University T3 framework (new one)?
Anyways, when you face issue with white page, try to enable the ‘Error Reporting’ option in Global configuration in back-end of your site. It will report error message in detail and you will know where it comes from.

Framework Information
T3 Framework
Version:2.4.0Template Information
Ja University T3
Version:1.1.2Before installing “Sigplus” for photo gallery, everything is working great, including the JA Slideshow Lite module I have customized. After the installation, and failed attempts to make sigplus work, I uninstalled it. Then, the white page came up. I did turn on the error/debugging on my config file and here are the errors I got below. That’s the reason I know that it affected my installation of JA Slideshow Lite. When I disabled the slideshow, the site came up normally.
From these, can I actually salvage my original JA Slideshow Lite setup or do I have to reinstall it?
Any help or thoughts?Thanks,
