Dear JA Staff,

I’ve installed the latest JA_Charity quickstarter package. (Joomla version: 3.4.4, Template version: 1.0.2, PHP version: 5.6.9)

After installation, I couldn’t find Charity among the selectable styles – it is present at the templates submenu, but by selecting, Ja_charity Details and Files a blank screen appears.

After some examination, If found the following error log on the FTP root:

Can you please assist me to solve this issue? It is pretty urgent because we have a deadline at end of September.

The file I have problem with is the file found in the JoomlArt JA_Charity quickstart pacakge under /plugins/system/t3/includes/core/t3.php (I’m using the original, unmodified version).

I sent you all the credentials again in PM.

There is no firewall – the site is located on the final hosting space, not on my local computer, so you should be able to access it.

The installation is the unmodified quickstarter provided by JA, no extra extension, other template was installed.
