Strange – I have to arrange the hosting company to release you IP range blocking. Is it the CPanel, or the Joomla Admin, or both?

Yes, JA_Charity is selectable now, and it works but it looks like a little bit strange – I think I have to reinstall it with different sample data set – can you tell me what was the problem?
