I am having problems with the contact us form.

Here’s the scenario:

I-
SERVER OPTION:
PHP Mailer Function
Result:
The email does not get into my inbox
The copy of the email arrives to the sender’s Inbox

System Message: (Both messages)
No es posible inicializar la función de correo. ( Could not instantiate mail function.)
Gracias por su correo electrónico (Thank you for your email)

II.
SENDMAIL FUNCTION:

Result
Copy of the email arrives to the sender’s inbox
I do not receive thee email sent.

SYSTEM MESSAGE:
Gracias por su correo electrónico (Thank your for your email)

III.
SMTP FUNCTION:

Result:

I do receive the email.
Copy of the email does not arrive to the sender’s Inbox.

SYSTEM MESSAGE: (Both messages)

PHPMAILER_RECIPIENTS_FAILED anaivelissefeliciano@yahoo.com
Gracias por su correo electrónico (Thank your for your email)

What am I overlooking? I have tried every option available in Joomla but I do not find the root of this problem.

Can anyone help me with this.
