    Try modifying the following CSS rule as follows:

    #jfusion #header {
    background-image: url("./styles/ca_vintage2_Fixed/theme/images/border_top.gif");
    top: 60px;
    }

    Better ??

    Look within the files for the jfusion component – it may be in there.
    See if you can find any CSS files … perhaps one that is called “style.css”

    (as I cannot see your template site files, I can only offer my best guess)

    I tried a couple of changes but no luck, I cant seem to get that frame to move below my header menu. I zipped up the css files.
    here is the link to the file.

    The class Tom suggested locates in file colours.css, you can change it there or adding to /templates/ja_wall/css/template.css file to override it.

    Did you ever try this phpbb3 board in default Joomla template? I try to switch to Beez template but it does not display properly.
