After signing up with and implementing the MaxCDN service, the switching between black&white and colour versions of the pictures in the portfolio, clients and partners modules no longer work. I approached MaxCDN about the problem and here is what they had to say:
The template vendor will need to find an alternative way to implement that JavaScript effect so that it doesn’t use HTML 5’s canvas feature. Many web browsers will interpret the attempt to load images from an external domain (i.e. switching between cnd.banksiaconsulting.com.au and http://www.banksiaconsulting.com.au) as a potential security risk. Therefore, they won’t load those images properly, or not at all in many cases.
