You go to the plugin manager => edit The “JA Thumbnail” plugin => change re-configuration width and height of the resizing image on the blog layout.

I have the plugin JA thumbnail enabled. But, there are no parameters to set. How does this work? I am using JA Ores template.

If you can’t see any parameters then you probably need to reinstall the plugin
