What is the license status for all pictures used by JA in templates? All of them look very professional, are those free pictures from the web or were purchased by JA? Can I safely use them or will I face legal issues?

Not sure about the answer to your particular question with regard to the images JA uses, but a great resource I’ve found for the exact same kind of professional images is http://www.istockphoto.com.

Just a reference for your bookmarks – if ya ever need it.
