i try to fix sql case for quick install
after in install, i delete the installation folder and go index come
“404 – Component not found”
and i go to localhost/administrator -> then it say it is the login and password error but there is NO place for me to enter, any way to solve my problem
i am using WAMPServer 2.1
i just try the club today

i just use quickstart package to install, no install any new joomla before and i have try serverl hosting and local host(wampserver2.1) before, it come same result

Hi epicenter,

I need to know if you have used quickstart for Joomla 1.5 or 1.6 to check the packages. Also tell me if you installed the sample data while installing quickstart or not, because not installing sample data can lead to errors..

No I didn’t install sample and I change type=myisam to engine=myisam and it work like that
