    Hi, I do not use JA News Pro module which iPhone Layout is tied to (the mobile version of the module).

    I recently upgraded to Teline IV J2.5 and I won’t have the time to make anothe website with a responsive template like JA Wall soon. So I really need help on mobile layout.

    I published JA News Pro again, cleared cache, history and cookies of my iPhone’s (the oldst one – Firmware 3.1.2 though) and it won’t show the mobile version of the module. The iPhone shows K2 items from content-mass-top with half images displayed (not resized). I tried to change the iPhone layout settings in the Template settings – set another block (sl1-r for example) – but whatever I do it shows as explained above – please see screenshots – my website is http://www.ecars.bg

    I unpublished News pro module as it looks odd (obviosly not CSS configured or so), but it can be published anytime for testing. Also, is there other module/layout that the iPhone layont can be switched to?

    The other issue is that iPhone shows K2 items published 10 days ago – not last K2 items.

    I’d love a hand on fixing my mobile layout view.

    Hi Obliat
    You need some heavy customization on this Iphone layout and it’s beyond of our scope. Our support scope is limited to bug fixing and helping users get demo site a like setup. Hope you understand us.

    Hi HeR0,
    that’s for sure, that I understand you guys. But you could help me at least make it work as with the demo. Now I do have problem with Ja News Pro module – created a ticket – as it says I don’t have permission to access, and even when I publish the module and set it show mobile version, my iPhone does not show it – instead it shows the K2 items published in content-mass-top below the Ja News Featured module. So I would like some help to make my website mobile version work at least like demo – show News Pro mobile module.

    Thanks

    Hi Obliat
    Please make sure that you enabled JA News Pro module : added module position on Iphone layout and assigned JA News Pro to this position.

    Well I guess the actual problem is that when I set JA News Pro at content-mass-top position – it does not show up. If I put it at sl1-l, for example, it shows up. So I guess iPhone is not showing the module because of this. What could be preventing it to show up in this position – content-mass-top?

    Thanks again,

    Martin

    Actually, content-mass-top was missing from TempalteDetails.xmp – weird thing – I added it, but module still does not show up – I guess there is something wrong with this position – can you help diaginosing this problem?

    Hi Obliat
    After you add module position content-mass-top to Iphone layout, assigned JA News Pro modules into this. Please clean all cache and check front end again.
    If your issue still do not resolve, pm to me admin account, ftp info. I’ll have you out.

    Well – it’s not content-mass-top – News Pro needs to be set at ja_news1 – that’s what the userguides are for – for us to read it – I found the module settings.

    Now it shows up and is set to mobile version – iPhone layout is properly set in the Template settings, I cleared all on the iPhone Safari, but it still does not show the module. I will unpublish it again so please devs let me know If I need to create a ticket so you can check.

    SOLVED – had to be published at ja-news-mobile position – lot’s of shit from me – I had to carefully see the Userguide.

    Now it shows the module – only odd thing is that it does not resize K2 item pics.

    Hi Obliat
    Please find in css Iphone layout

    .catItemIntroText img {
    width: 270px;
    }

    replace to

    .catItemIntroText img {
    width: 100%;
    }

    and find

    .catItemIntroText {
    width: 270px;
    }

    replace to

    .catItemIntroText {
    width: 100%;
    }

    Regards,
