Hi, I forgot my username and my password to login to the admin side of my website. I have acces to the ftp. Were would I find the info. Please help

Do you have access to the MySQL database?
You need the password associated with it and the name of the database linked to your site (if you are using multiples sties from the same mysql)
You can go the table jos_users and change the password field data to your account in there.
It will be in a MD5 checksum form (i.e. will not make any sense to you) but just change the value to something simple (e.g. p455w0rd) and then change it to something else after you log in.
