Hi, I’m lost in frustration realm. Can someone tell how to get the User’s avatar to desplay on the top menu? and how do I get the the user’s notifications to show up on the top menu?

I’v been trying many hours to download this free app. The site is not working I keep getting blocked by its spam filter. Anyone has a copy of this free app can send to me? Module JS Toolbar Everywhere Kind Regards.
