I wonder if you can install the template with sample data to make it as an example and also like to know as hacrelo in local site. It can be done?

If you want the site to look and act as the joomlart demo site, download and install the Quickstart package and at the correct step in the instal process select “install sample data”

A very good guide by TomC of this forum should help you through this process. Please follow this link

You can modify this process to suit either a loclhost site (Wamp, Xaamp) or live hosted sites
