Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.0 to 1.0.1 and the uninstall process has removed the whole database and settings.

Please maintain dbase settings from uninstall or add option to explicitly delete tables.

The database removal with uninstall is recommended so as to remove the S3 login details. You can always install over the current version, so as to save the DB values or even use JA extension Manager for upgrades.
