Can someone please respond to my post regarding the problems with the installation of the Mendozite template!

I am trying to get this template up and running.

I have logged out and logged back in using a different browser and I still do not see a reply, It still shows 0 reply

I supplied my FTP and host login information for assistance with the template, K2 and Joomla upgrade. Does this reply mean

1. I should try to reinstall T3v2 myself
2. The problems with K2 and Joomla Upgrade will go away
