on my website i have this error when i check update inside Joomlart Extensions manager

"Please update the service setting or contact with service provider."

Can you help me?

Hi

Did you filled in Service Manager -> edit button -> your Joomlart account ? username and password ?
and set Joomlart updater service as default service ?

User and password are correct and the settings are ok

Could you share a temp super user account to your backend and an url to it ?

Salve

Il componente non funziona perchè non possono essere cambiati correttamente i permessi sui file

quindi anche se il nome utente e la password sono corretti il componente non riesce ad autenticarsi correttamente.

Ho disinstallato e reinstallato il componente e provato ad inserire il mio account come controprova e in effetti l’autenticazione non avviene in quanto il componente non ha la possibilità di aggiornare i setttings

Prova a chiedere al tuo hosting di controllare i permessi dell’utente di sistema
