    Please update the service setting or contact with service provider.
    What are the service settings? Do I need a Username and Password?

    Hi
    In this error seems from JAEM component . you have to add your Joomlart forum user password in the JA Extension manager > Service manager > Joomlart updates> Edit and add JA Account user/pass.
    Save and then try to update extensions .
