I cannot get either of the two plugins to increment and/or remember that they did. If I share an article on Facebook, nothing happens to the number in the plugin. It always stays at zero.

If I retweet the article with the plugin sometimes the number will increment. However the next time I open my browser to the website the number goes back to 0 or 1. Nothing is permanet.

Also both plugins cause problems with JomSocial Facebook Connect. Basically if they plugins are enabled they prevent a user from logging into my site using Facebook. If I disable both plugins I can login using Facebook Connect with a problem.

oh, these are working well without any problem, that issue is from the cache of the service, you can wait for some minutes and opening the site in other browsers, you can see the number changed

I guess I am confused how you can say that the plugins work when in fact the do not. I have retweeted the front page artcle at least 7 times. However the number only says 1 or 2, depending on which browser I use.

I have never seen a number for the Facebook share, even though I have shared it at least 5 times.

I have deleted the cache on the server (from inside Joomla) I have deleted the cache on my browsers.

If there is nothing wrong with the plugins then what do I need to do to configure the site to work correctly?

It seems I have the same problem with fb-share on http://www.papacommunity.de
An on home I cannot see the fb-share because a conflict with bei jreviews-/googlemap-module.

I will open a ticket.

as i said, it s from the browser cache and server cache of the facebook and twitter service.
